Are you topping up the pool repeatedly? We assess construction and waterproofing issues around the shell, joints and embedded fittings. Hidden pipe leaks require different checks and are not included in this service.
Initial guidance from photos is free. An on-site technical visit costs €85 including VAT, booked and paid in advance. The full €85 is credited if we carry out the subsequent work.

Evaporation, use and the filtration circuit can affect the level. Tell us how much it changes, over what period, and whether it changes with filtration running.
Accessible cracks and deteriorated areas are assessed. Tiles and grout do not necessarily form the pool’s waterproofing layer.
Junctions around embedded fittings can be vulnerable. Any repair has to suit the adjoining materials and the actual source.
Local repairs are considered only when the evidence and condition support them. Regrouting alone may not address the loss.
Hidden pipe leak detection, pressure testing and underwater repairs are not offered as part of this visit. Specialist involvement may be required.
Inspection on site
Send level changes, photos and previous repair history. We first assess whether the problem is likely to fall within our construction and waterproofing scope.
One meter reading cannot establish the cause. We compare the readings with the visible pattern, surroundings and history of the problem.
